Drill to Earth's Core Infinite Mode Guide

Drill to Earth's Core Infinite Mode: boss walls every 25 km, rising sell prices, churches, the Heart of the Earth at 1,000 km and the revive prices.

Drill to Earth's Core Infinite Mode is the endless version of a run: you pick Normal or Infinite when you set up a party in the lobby, and in Infinite the drill keeps going past the 100 km boss wall. Below is what changes after 100 km, from Fandom's Layers page and the 22 and 29 August patch notes.

What Changes in Drill to Earth's Core Infinite Mode

  • Boss walls and settlements come every 25 km instead of every 10 km, and boss wall health follows a new formula that gets harder the deeper you go (29 August).
  • Cores from boss walls and chests no longer cap at 100 per wall and 300 per chest; they keep growing with depth (29 August). See how to get Cores.
  • The Wolf Bat returns every 100 km, per Fandom's Layers page; its own page says that since 22 August it appears only once, at 100 km.
  • Every enemy spawns with the Void and Fire mutations past 100 km (Fandom's Enemies page); see mutations.
  • Infinite towns buy scrap for 10% more coins for each town you find (22 August; the developers called it a test that may change).
  • From 1,000 km the layer is always the Heart of the Earth.

Sell Price Multiplier

The 29 August notes say the sell multiplier starts at 1.2x in Infinite Mode and gains 0.2 every 100 km; Fandom's Layers page words it as +0.2x per 100 km. Reading the two together, the multiplier at a few depths would be about:

1 + 0.2 for each full 100 km, which gives the 1.2x start at 100 km (an estimate from the patch wording)
DepthSell multiplier
100 km1.2x
200 km1.4x
300 km1.6x
500 km2.0x
1,000 km3.0x

Two classes are built around what you sell: Salvager (scrap sells for 100% more at Level 3) and Prospector (more ore and gem drops, and Pristine gems at Level 4). Prices before the multiplier are on the items page.

The Heart of the Earth at 1,000 km

Added on 29 August, the Heart of the Earth starts at 1,000 km. Its boss walls have 5,000,000 HP on Fandom's Layers page, and it holds the Heartgem, a 5,000 HP node that sells for 5,000 coins or 25,000 when Pristine. Only 2,118 players held the Heart of Earth badge on 5 October 2026, against 247,310 for Reach 150k Depth and 170,669 for Reach 200k Depth.

Churches, Saving and Revives

A church is guaranteed right after the 100 km wall, then appears about once every 300 km by chance; Fandom says some runs go past 700 km without one, and the Priest class's Level 4 perk makes them more common. A church saves your gear to the Backpack and sends you back to the lobby.

Dying ends the run unless someone revives you. The 29 August notes price Robux revives at 4 (first), 8 (second), 16 (third), 32 (fourth), 49 (fifth), where the price stops rising. A Revive Kit, valued at 1,250 coins on Fandom's Items page, revives at full health.

Drill to Earth's Core Infinite Mode Tips From the Sources

  • Fandom's Layers page suggests one or two Golden Medkits or a Revive Kit before each 100 km boss wall.
  • Look for churches at night with the Nightcrawler class or a Night Vision potion (Fandom's Church page).
  • Mutated enemies are worth more: a Golden corpse sells for three times the coins and most mutations add half again (Fandom's Enemies page).
  • The upgrades page covers the wall-damage cards you need as wall health climbs, and the enemies page has base stats for everything you meet.
