The Level 4 perk works for the whole team, not only you.

How to Unlock Demolitionist
Classes are bought with Cores at the class shop in the lobby. Sportskeeda and Deltia's Gaming say the shop restocks every 12 hours and Deltia's Gaming says the stock is random, so Demolitionist may not be for sale when you look; roonby adds that Tier 4 and Tier 5 classes show up less often. Check back after the next restock.

Once you own more than one class, Fandom's Classes page says 2,500 Cores roll a random passive from another class you own onto the one you play.
Fandom's Items page lists the RPG at 1,000 damage with two rockets and dynamite at 500 damage after 3 seconds (see the items page); explosives are also one of the two ways to hurt Stone enemies (see mutations).
